At OverExtruded, every product is made with care and inspected before shipping. Since our products are primarily made-to-order 3D printed decor items, we only accept returns or replacements under specific conditions.

When We Accept Returns or Replacements

We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

  • Your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is provided as proof.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Minor colour, layer line, texture, or size variations that naturally occur in 3D printing.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, incorrect bulb usage, or misuse.
  • Claims made without a valid unboxing video.
  • Claims reported after 48 hours from delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirements

To process any damage claim, the unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts or edits.
  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show all sides of the sealed package.
  • Show all items being removed from the box.
  • Clearly capture any damage or defect.

Claims without proper video evidence may be rejected.

How to Raise a Claim

Please include:

  • Your unboxing video
  • 3–5 clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We usually respond within 2 business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, production or packaging may already have started, so cancellations may not be possible.
