• The lamp arrives broken or damaged.
• Reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When we don't
• Change of mind.
• Minor colour, size or texture variations (natural in 3D printing).
• Damage caused after delivery, or by using the wrong bulb.
• No unboxing video, or video reported after 48 hours.
Unboxing video rules
• One continuous shot. No cuts, no edits.
• Start filming before opening the package.
• Show the sealed box, all sides, and every item being taken out.
• Include a clear close-up of the damage.
How to raise a claim
• Email shop.overextruded@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Subject: "Return Request - [Order ID]".
• Attach your unboxing video and 3-5 photos of the damage.
• We'll reply within 2 business days.
What you get
• Free replacement (preferred), store credit, or a full refund.
• Refunds reach your account in 7-10 business days after pickup.
Cancellations
• Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
• After that, production has already started and cancellation is not possible.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth — avoid wet cloths or liquid cleaners
- Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent colour fading
- Do not place near heat sources (radiators, stoves) as PLA softens above ~60°C
- Handle with care — PLA is rigid but can crack under sharp impact
- Use only the appropriate bulb wattage to avoid heat build-up inside the shade
- For closed shade designs, keep bulb wattage under 7W to prevent heat build-up

Bulb Compatibility
- Fits any standard (B22 bayonet base) bulb
- Smart bulbs fully supported — works with Philips Hue, Syska, Wipro, and similar brands
- We recommend LED bulbs only to prevent heat build-up, especially in closed shades
Repairability
- These lamps are designed to be easy to repair — no need to replace the whole unit
- If your shade or base gets damaged, reach out to us and we'll arrange a replacement part
- Nominal charges may apply depending on the part
